Ana Paula Oliveira bio

Ana Paula Oliveira (born May 26 1977) was born in the city of Campinas in Sao Paulo. She is known as an actor in Woman on Top (2000), Sem Fio (2009) as well as A Indomada (1997). Ana Paula Oliveira was appointed to the Global Initiative Against Transnational Organized Crime by March 2020. She is a current analyst and a team leader of GI-TOC Multilateral Engagement. Research conducted by the GITOC is focused on disappearances, assassinations and various forms of violence that occur in the framework of illicit economics. Research interests include the impact of organised crime on human rights and humanitarian rights, as well as the impact of the laws and policies. Ana Paula holds an LL.M Cum laude with a laude International Law by the Graduate Institute of International and Development Studies in Geneva. She also holds the LL.M in Public Law and an MBA in International Relations by Fundacao Getulio Vargas in Rio de Janeiro. Ana Paula is a graduate from her school at the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro with the degree of magnacum laude in Legal Sciences and Social Sciences. After a four-year time at an international law firm, she's certified as a lawyer. Other experiences include helping in roles with non-governmental organisations that are headquartered at Rio de Janeiro and Geneva.
